Good day. I am the coordinator of the Volunteer Project (Indonesia) from National Yunlin University of Science & Technology.
We apologize for we can't go to the University Trisakti of Indonesia in the middle of June because we are going to have the final exam at that time, we are very sorry about that.
We still look forward to having the chance to cooperate with the University Trisakti.

There are three issues, we need your help and confirmaiton.
1. Service date: 2009/7/27~2009/8/16
We intend to offer volunteer service during Jul. 27 to Aug. 16, is that convenience to you? If not, please let us your ideal time?
2. Service:
We would like to meet your requirements exactly, would you please let us know what kind of serivces you need or expect for? For your reference, our members are quite versatile because they are from Information Management, Business Management, Applied foreign language department and so on. More details about your required service will have great help to you and us.
2. Accommodation:
We hope you can help us to solve the problem of accommodation during our visit. Please let know whether Trisakti University are available to offer dormitories during our visiting time. The main purpose of Indonesia Volunteer Project is service, therefore we have a limited budget for our accommodation. If dormitories aren't available, would you help us find alternative? We are very thankful for your kind help.

ReplyDeleteSorry for pushing you again because of time pressure. We need to confirm the three issues, would you please reply us as soon as possible. We are so afraid that we can't offer our serivce in time before Ramadhan month.
By the way, we know that our serivce will include a orphanage and E-commerce center. May we also get further information of your required service to them.
