Khanna imagine that in the future influence of the second world based not only on military strength but rather on the set of the broader variables such as economic productivity, global market share, technological innovation, natural resource endowments, and population size. Thus, globalization is not only to promote American culture, but also promote the culture of other countries and only reflects what is happening outside the U.S. borders, as happened in European countries and India. Because of this globalization, the U.S. must face the fact that the power of the U.S. itself has declined.
To deal with globalization issues that arise, the U.S. must take steps to revive the economy by way of:
1. internal balancing the gap between the rich and the poor
2. becomes more fiscal responsibility in changing its status as a debtor nation. In addition
3. see an increase competitiveness throughout Latin America, through investment from the government and the private sector, to increase the productivity of Western countries in the hemisphere are friendly to the United States.
This all adds up to big geopolitical vision of a stable, pro-American hemisphere.
So, Parag Khana believe that the answer to the problems the U.S. is right in front of (or in the map below) in the U.S. itself that Latin will emerge as a solution to the problem of the future competitiveness of the United States.

Will Indonesia be the one competitors such developed countries in the future ?
Answer :
Yes, Indonesia will be the one competitors if Indonesia is going to change many things that is a weakness of Indonesia itself, including:
1. The number of human resources but is not competent
2. Low economic level
3. The low quality of education in Indonesia
4. Indonesia is rich in natural resources but do not use it properly.
If Indonesia is able to change it, then Indonesia would be competitors from developed countries that have. However, it relies heavily on citizens to form consciousness Indonesia advanced.

Conclusion :
Parag Khanna is one of people who believes the answer lies right under our noses. He is 30 years old. Only 30 years Parag Khanna has spent more than two years travelling to more than 100 countries hoping to see the flash directly points of geopolitics and globalization. From observations
appeared a book, which recently published The Second World: Empires and Influence in the New Global Order (Random House, 2008), a thought see the future of global competition.
The U.S. now must face a world in which its power is declining, in which it is just one of several competing brands. You can see that in how often America must go
it alone, militarily or economically, whether it wants to or not. In that sense, the world is really becoming not anti-American but simply non-American.
So, Parag Khana believes that the answer for the US issues was right in front (or in a map was below) the US it self.

Will Indonesia in the future can be the one of competitor with other countries?
Answer :
In the near future maybe can't be a competitor with other countries because weak of economics sector,less of human resources,less education.
So,Indonesia not ready to compete other countries in the near future.
If Indonesia wanna change infrastructure in education,economics and strong law maybe Indonesia can compete other countries in the future :)

why,,, just look for ur self of what happens in this country? everywhere we look was only corruptions,corruptions and corruptions. just admit it,, this is the country that always talk,but no actions.
we have a country that it's government was very selfish,,, on behalf of the people but also people with the power dropped.
Leader,,?? if a thing is expressed successfully, the leaders will say his name and go up forward. but if it fails, the leader pointed to his subordinates and did not want to know about it.
Essentially, the state Indonesia is a country that too "proud and drown" with the history of it's country, and not able to see the future.
if we as an indonesian people want to be able to compete with other country,,than WE MUST CHANGE...!!!
